Favorite thing about working in the industry: I have worked in this industry for 2.5 years and not one day has been the same. I enjoy coming to work and helping brides make unforgettable memories finding the perfect dress for one of the biggest days of their life. I have made unforgettable relationships with brides and their families from working so close with them through the whole process till the wedding day. And of course it’s always fun playing dress up for social media posts!
Most memorable experience working with a customer: This is a tough question because there are so many times I have laughed with brides, cried happy tears, sometimes sad, and shared in all the joy that comes with finding the perfect wedding gown; these are all memorable experiences. But the most memorable experiences are made when I build such a great relationship with the bride, her family and friends that they all come as strangers to me, but leave as friends. These relationships start from the moment they call to make their bridal appointment, through their bridesmaid’s appointment, tux appointment and all the communication in between to the week of the wedding when we are helping with last minute details and answering questions to help the brides feel less stressed. We try very hard to create such a memorable experience for our customers, that we make memorable experiences for ourselves during the whole process.
Favorite article of clothing you own: White skinny jeans, because they are so easy to pair with any top. You can easily dress them up or dress them down. And they are comfortable!

Favorite thing about working in the industry: Choosing a wedding gown is such an impactful and emotional moment in a bride-to-be's life and I'm always honored to help make that experience special and memorable. Being a part of her story, making her feel beautiful, and seeing the elation and emotion in her eyes when she's standing on the pedestal in her gown are all my favorite parts about working in this industry. I can't help but get excited for each bride while we try to make her vision come to life.
Most memorable experience working with a customer: There was a time when a bride’s mother couldn’t be there the day she picked out her gown. This bride came back a month or so later to show her mother and future mother-in-law the gown she had purchased. We had the gown ready in a fitting room and took the bride back to dress her, while her mother was seated near the mirror patiently waiting (with tissues ready). We got her completely zipped and buttoned in, and put on the veil she would be wearing, that her maid of honor also wore down the aisle. It was such a beautiful and emotional moment to witness when she came out and they saw her for the first time. Though they couldn’t be together the day she said “yes”, they were still able to share an intimate experience together. They spent an hour chatting, crying, and laughing together, and will cherish the memory of that story forever.
Favorite article of clothing you own: My engagement ring… does that count as clothing?!

Favorite thing about working in this industry: Every day is different and exciting! It is such an honor to become a part of the experience and work with each bride to find the dress of their dreams. You become so connected to the moment that you find yourself feeling those emotions and excitement. When they find the "one" that makes them feel beautiful and perfect, you feel that with them.
Most memorable experience working with a customer: I don't think I have one moment, every moment is so special and exciting. I love hearing each customer's story, from how they met, to the engagement, to saying yes to the dress. Every story is so different and when you allow yourself to become part of their story and the emotion, it is almost like living in a different fairy-tale every day!
Favorite article of clothing you own: This is a hard one! I would have to say a maxi dress, they are so simple and comfortable. They can be worn casually or dressed up and they flatter every body type!

Favorite thing about working in this industry: I love being part of such an exciting and meaningful life event. You just know when a bride has found THE dress and the look on her face is always so rewarding!
Most memorable experience working with a customer: Working in this industry we are lucky enough to experience memorable moments every single day. No day is ever the same and every bride impacts you in a different way.
Favorite article of clothing you own: My favorite item of clothing would have to be the perfect oversized tee. You can tuck it into a skirt and pair it with a statement necklace for work or throw it over skinny jeans on the weekend!

Favorite color: Despite my closet being about 96% black, my absolute favorite color is Emerald Green. It’s fresh, vivacious, and gives of the feeling of life.
Favorite thing about working in this industry: My favorite part about working in this industry is that I get paid to shop, and try on what we get in the store! I have always been interested in fashion, and graduated college with a business degree so this only seemed the most appropriate avenue for me to go with my career. I also get to learn more about how to run an upscale retail location, while at the same time staying on top of what is trending in order to help outfit our clients for any occasion.
Most memorable experience working with a customer: My most memorable experience working with a customer isn’t limited to just one moment. I have been competing in pageants for roughly five years now, and I love being able to work with the girls one on one to find them their perfect dress. Pageantry is about finding your confidence, and in most recent years is about female empowerment. I feel like a proud mom when I get to help them find a dress that fits who they are and allows them to feel beautiful in, and the second they walk across the stage with all of the confidence in the world I know that I have done my job to get them where they needed.
Favorite article of clothing you own: It’s really difficult to narrow it down to just one item, especially when the majority of my closet is comfort based. I would have to say I do have an obsession with turtlenecks, and have one for every season. It’s such a classic look, and I have a long neck so it brings more of the attention to my face when I am interacting with someone.
